AH HA!
You have just described my situation..I'm of Irish decent, a grandmother and for 14 times in a row, I was "randomly" selected coming AND going to be manhandled, made to sit until someone had time to once again go through everything I'd brought with me, and then screamed for a supervisor when I finally asked why I'd been "randomly" selected 14 times in a row.
When the supervisor, came up and saw me sitting there with my shoes in my hand, and the contents of my purse spread across the table in front of me, red faced and about to scream, he immediately escorted me out of the area and onto the airplane, apologizing profusely for the inconvenience.
Why is that and how can this be?
I wrote a letter to the President Bush, homeland security, at the time Mr. Rich, Pres. Of Delta airlines and both of my senators..
I've already been finger-printed five times for various jobs, had FBI and I guess CIA background checks done, my life is an open book..I'd be the first in line to have them do an eyeball scan, just so I could get through security and the dumb people they hire.
From now on if they stop me, they'd better have a damn good reason. I'm sick of stupid people pulling me over while an obvious foreign man of ME decent age 19-47, goes through with a library card.
