Bill Gross, Steve Roach Gary Schilling, and many others are T bond bulls.

Also we must distinguish between short-term bullishness or bearishness based on trading considerations and longer-term opinions.

I agree there is some tactical caution, but the idea that historically low bond yields will persist for a long time now is the conventional wisdom on Wall Street.
