Let's run some numbers - from your link: Jobs Women in the Civilian Labor Force 20 Leading Occupations of Employed Women 57 The percentage of women age 16 and over in the civilian labor force. The percentage for men is 70%. So the math is 57/(57+70) = 44% of the work force is women. I believe my estimate for a representative number on the court was up to 40%. I think my guesstimate was fairly accurate - given that this 44% is not what's currently in the pool of Supreme candidates but someday could be. - Eric
