very nice... thank you, bill it would be wonderful if iraq can come up with constitution as majestic as our own...(we can always hope) and speaking of constitutions.... i wonder what will happen to the EU constitution....in light of the terrorist attacks in london....if the british government puts in place legislation resembling our patriot act.... it states: "The Constitution and law adopted by the Union institutions in exercising competence conferred upon it by the Constitution shall have primacy over the law of the member states."
