SarOx is the"..Sarbanes-Oxley.." bill/law out of Congress tightening up the regulations on disclosure, IR/PR BS, dealing with insider crap like Martha Stewart and Sam Wacksal, etc., etc., etc. It rides on top of the older SEC regulations, and has complicated the crap out of how everything is handled, but makes the markets safer and a more level playing field for non-Guru's..... John :-) .
