<the risks of a "raging global pandemic" are extremely low>

I see it as a freight train coming down the tracks. I am afraid Henry seems to have it right. For some time now we have heard the train off in the distance and hoped we were wrong. Now the train is rounding the corner and coming into full view and we are standing on the tracks, frozen like a deer in the headlights of a car. I don't find the line "there is no train" to be convincing. Nor would I be persuaded that the best time to do something about the train is to wait until after it hits us.
