Time to Rent vs Own? How many here have themselves or know friends who have considered or even actually sold their property in recent months or years and moved into a rental awaiting the crash? How long ago did you or they make the move and how much higher has your area RE appreciated since your move. Also how practical is the rental market in your area for renting a property you are willing to live in for 2-3 years? It sounds good, I just wonder how many have or can really do this.
