I had a check up about 8 years ago. The results showed that I had a low level of thyroxin in my blood, and low blood pressure.

The doctor prescribed thyroxin suppliments and something for my heart.

So I down loaded some documents on the risks...

There was something like a half page for each of warnings like ... sleeplessness, diarhea, constipation, headaches, impotency, paranoia etc etc.

Since a child, I have always been told that I have a very mellow personality, my blood pressure has always been below normal (which is not associated with illness as far as I know).

So it was a tough call: Take the drugs, let my dick drop off and never poop again or ignore the doctors advice.

When I flipped the coin it said to take the drugs. So I threw away the unlucky coin and have not been back to the doctor since.
