As our hearts are hardened and fastened to extremist partisan agendas rather than to principle, we find ourselves becoming more polarized in rhetoric and less attuned to a consciousness of unity and purpose. In other words we just hate each other as a matter of arbitrary lines drawn in the sand.

I agree. Now have you ever seen a more divisive administration or one that so readily sacrifices humanity for the "big picture" causes? Ideology is a poor substitute for humanity. We are better defined by what we do than what believe (or say we believe)...yet another reason why prefer to judge actions than intents.
