Millennium expects the upfront payment and anticipated royalties from the restructured relationship, combined with the associated cost savings, will be at least equivalent to the value of the current profit share arrangement. If correct - for which there are no guarantees - this is really a nice move. Same effect on the bottom line, but now they don't have to work for it. Erik
