That would be nice, but one Christmas, the Post Master still had his name sign on his door...people were pounding on the door, and almost knocked it down...LOL
It was similar to storming the Bastille.
The next day the sign was off the door..

I think the Post Master was wearing a mustache and Grocho Marx glasses with a nose attached.

So much for genteel Southerners...
