If correct - for which there are no guarantees - this is really a nice move. Same effect on the bottom line, but now they don't have to work for it. plus, sgp will be continuing the early acs trial. if that trial proves fruitful and the product grows to $ 500 m, mlnm will be receiving ~ 25-30% of the incremental ~ $170 m. sales
