It does not mater to me if it was "the company" (I assume IAIC) or one or more investors, or the SEC. Running around yelling SCAM SCAM SCAM with no proof and intent to do harm, or at least no concern and a profit motive is WRONG. Some less scrupulous may not want to hear it, but the internet does not shield one from being wrong or getting caught at it. No one in our society can run amok doing harm to others without the prospect of getting shut down and paying a penalty.

Maybe a HUGE penalty. Free speach implies responsibillity. I applaud the cancellations.
