Thanks Sid, I'll phone and get ERC's package tomorrow. Do you by any chance know of any other co's. working in the same area of technology?

I don't know much about ERC yet, but you have to admit that Ballard is much better at promoting themselves, albeit they are in a more exciting area (the polution free AUTOMOBILE). For the time being Ballard has to go to the capital markets for money because they won't be making a profit for some time now. Management is doing a wonderful job of promoting themselves which means fewer shares issued each new issue than if they weren't well known. As a shareholder I am very appreciative.

I agree that the valuation for Ballard is quite high, but I got in at $15 and am not selling for a number of years. If these new power sources (such as PEM and molten carbide) are going to be the wave of the future, I wouldn't mind investing in a couple different companies to see what happens.

In standing up for Ballard, their potential market is absolutely huge, they're ahead of the competition, they have excellent management, a top notch strategic partner, great credibility, and a technology that will help save the world. Who's to say what value should be placed on it, it might be worth throwing a little money into even at this price.
