I didn't realize that EPCOT went all the way back to Uncle Walt his elf. Never went to the one by you; went to Disney World, instead; a plastic copy of Disneyland.
A guy named Pablo Solari was working on futuristic cities. Designed one in Ariz, called ARCOSANTI, but I can't find anything on Google, except the name.
It wouldn't surprise me if Bucky Fuller had similar designs, too.
