I attended a press conference on Pioneer Services (PSVC)at their Boca Raton clinic on Mon. and here is some info from that conference.
1) Present where Dr. Saxena from Cornell, Dr. Yamanashi from Oklahoma, Doctors from various other hospitals, Dr. Hazelwood from Baylor, Richard Lilly from Whale Securities, and various other investment bankers.
2)Dr. Jacobson announced that Holy Cross Hospital approved the use of the company's machine in a double blind study at the hospital on chronic pain.
3) Dr. Saxena of Cornell announced that an initial study on nerve regeneration on severed nerves has shown positive results and warrants further research.
4)Mr. Lilly from Whale announced that they will be doing a $500,000 bridge financing and then a $4,000,000 private placement. He also said that company would have copies of the press conference available shortly.
5) Also present were 4 patients who went to the clinic for chronic pain ( 2 with AIDS, 1 with cancer, and 1 with MS). All the patients have experienced a dramatic , if not total , reduction in pain. In addition, all the patients have experienced a marked improvement in the treatment of their disease.
The cancer patient was sent home to get her affairs in order. She was given 4 months to live and was hardly able to walk. That was 4 months ago, and she looked great! Her tumors have been reduced over 50% and she is now able to walk fine and function.
6)Lilly also stated that the company was in a quiet period due to the private placements.
Things seem to be developing nicely for this company, I JUST WISH THAT THEY WOULD ANNOUNCE THEIR DEVELOPMENTS NATIONALLY!!! |
