I've travelled in many countries and let me tell you the cardinal rule is if someone that looks like a policeman yells at you in any language stop, hold your hands out to your sides or over your head, and stop moving. If you do not you will die. Not knowing the language is your problem, you're the one choosing to be a stranger in a strange land. Reading the news I heard 3 versions of how this guy was executed in a London tube station. One NBC News they said there were 4 passengers on the train that saw the whole incident and one was a freelance journalist, they interviewed him and he said the guy fell, 2 cops jumped on him and the third popped 5 rounds into him. That sounds like execution to me. A competent suicide bomber would have a deadman's switch and killing him would only detonate his bomb. What's Tony Blair's strategy? The only good running dark skinned guy is a dead one? I'm trying to be generic here.
