Germany we didn't have one at all. I would guess that you're supposed to have one ... some day. Is there any projection as to when such a referendum might occur? jttmab P.S. In one way, consider yourself lucky. In the US we wouldn't be allowed to vote on such a thing. That would be for our wizards in Congress and the White House to decide for us. In our "democracy" the people are too stupid to be allowed to vote on such important things.
