LONDON, July 23 (IranMania) - Ten years after a dialogue was launched between the European Union and the Islamic Republic of Iran in 1995, the relationship between the two sides is about to enter a crucial and decisive phase.... We should be on the alert for a "Iran, the evil empire" speech from Bush or Condi. I wonder if the recent agreement between the US and India [civilian nuclear technology] will play a role in the discussions. Call me crazy, but I think it would be helpful if Pakistan, India and Israel were pressed into signing the NPT. jttmab
