guy was down on the ground and he was shot five times in the head. something wrong with this one. i expect it is officers not trained with weapons like our police working with guns everyday. a man wearing a heavily padded coat in the middle of summer who runs away from officers into a mass transit system immediately after a bombing event is without question a potential suicide bomber, imo it would have been negligent not to take him down, not to so could have cause a maximum amount of casualties it takes a split second to detonate a bomb certainly it was regrettable, but the man who gave chase to the officers caused this event
