Not only that sleazy cheney can estimate his taxes each december and decide how many HAL options to donate to charity to zero out his tax bill. The Repugnant Party claims he's giving them away for charity, I claim it's a illegal unethical immoral conflict of interest and he belongs in prison sharing a cell with Turd Blossom.
