I find it odd that it would keep climbing even with additional class action suits being filed. I am guessing that the company started buying back shares to boost share price, and many investors watching for the reversal in trend jumped on board when they saw the upward momentum break past 9. There was a significant pick up in volume around 2:30 pm, right before it shot up past 10. Maybe some surprise good news is pending--or maybe its just time for the oil and gas stocks to run up on pre-winter anticipation. I would be really surprised to not see 8 again though--I am baffled, myself.
