I couldn't find the 3K figure but I think its buried in the assessment portion of the report which is about as clear as mud. Don't you just love the way they write? It is funny. Its really hard to understand anything they are saying in that report other than they want you to take away the belief that everything is coming up roses in Iraq. I guess that's how you know they are covering up something. ;~) ted
