Hey, Sue and Risky, DMDN: I heartily dislike their Emerald peanuts...but use the walnuts once in a while when out of the raw walnuts...we both love organic raw almonds, Sue, and eat them daily and toast them if needed for recipes...but that destroys the goodness...and you know they are not a nut (almonds) but a seed from the fruit of the almond tree...the raw ones beat the heck out of processed ones...you can get them in a lot of markets and Whole Foods Markets carry them all the time...we order ours from a grower in California. I actually know someone in management there...and while a fine company not sure if they will match Planters. That said I do plan on picking up some stock...just not yet. Been gone for a week and getting ready for a dinner party...feels like work here this afternoon...cocktail hour will definitely start before our guests arrive. Have a great weekend to you both!
