Actually, I don't think they've done a good job. I know I said that, but what I meant by that is Roberts' experience is about par for the course when compared to the sitting Justices. So that directly refutes your point.

As to whether or not I think they are doing a good job, I'd say NO. The recent decision on property and the decisions siding with the ACLU on the banning of God from everything, are things I think they've made mistakes on. So I don't think they've done a good job only because they are leaning liberal, but that's my politics.

But when I go through their resumes, it's a pretty stellar bunch of people. I think they are most certainly qualified for their positions. At least our Justices are all over achievers in their universe. Can't say the same thing for the legislative and executive branches, which both have a bunch of underachieving buffoons in them.
