I tried Firefox for about two weeks after reading all the great posts here, then went back to IE.

The one feature which annoyed me Firefox doesn't have is automatic drop down to the homepage when you type in the address. I've had the habit for quite some time (since my pugging fingers type pretty fast), of typing in the address of a web site in the address bar, then scrolling down one level to the home page which pops up after a few letters are typed. With Firefox it treats every page the same in the drop down menu and will give you the last one you visited, instead of the home page.

It was interesting to discover how often I actually performed that function while surfing the net. It never occurred to me how important it was until I didn't have it available anymore.

Maybe there is a way to change the default settings of Firefox, but I didn't take the time to look for it.
