Let's get this straight. The guy spoke fluent English. 5 bullets were pumped into him because there were multiple police on the scene, which meant their were multiple guns acting in concert. Unfortunately, with suicide bombers, police are trained to make headshots because if they shoot for the torso, the bomb could go off. It is a horribly unfortunate incident and I wish it hadn't happened. But the real blame for this should be put at the Muslim terrorists doorstep. I can guarantee you, the next guy who is told to stop by a police officer won't run.
