I am afraid that I have to report that our Carlyle expert can't seem to get his facts straight. Message 21536710 Actually, it would not surprise me if he really knows the actual dates. Mr. Spirit likes to deal in half-truths, not unlike a guy selling merchandise out of his trunk. You think that the merchandise might be hot, actually hope that it is hot because that means you will get a good deal. You ask, "Is this stuff stolen?" The seller looks you in the eye, smiles slightly, and says, "Of course not." Wink wink, nod nod. Carlyle buys a company with a homeland security-baggage handling connection.
