Of course we could ignore places where there are WMDs and big WMD programs if these countries had little practical value as invasion targets -- like North Korea.

The Administration has done a real flip on North Korea. Prior to 9/11 the Administration was firm that no one could negotiate with President Kim, he was crazy and unpredictable. When it was pointed out that they were ignoring North Korea's WMD, they did an about face and said President Kim was different than Saddam; you could negotiate with President Kim.

The right story for the right objective.
