Wrong. There is plenty of evidence linking al Qaeda and Iraq. What has happened is the 9-11 Report stated that there was no direct evidence that Saddam's Iraq was linked specifically to al Qaeda's 9-11 attack. The left shortened that statement to say that there was "no link between Saddam and al Qaeda". This is kind of like saying that Imperial Japan was not linked to Nazi Germany before December 7th, 1941 - after an investigation showed that Germany was not part of the Pearl Harbor attack.
