Edward OT* I can't believe your dad said that about Allied Signal. I love that one! I have some leaps on it. If he'll give it to you - take it! Another Boeing supplier is Banner Aerospace (BAR). I know of one hedge fund which has a bunch of that (Cramer's). Another really high quality stock which is just now starting to move and has some very strong ratings on it is Airtouch Communications (NYSE: ATI). You can buy leaps on it (year 2000 or 1999) very reasonably. Do you know about leaps? You can control much more stock with the same amount of money using leaps. You could use them on BA too.
