realtor.org June appears to be a peak month for 2004 also. With the new "pendings" report that NAR started this year, March April and May were all strong months. It is only natural that June should have strong closings. realtor.org Same should be truly for July closings. It would be interested to see if June pendings are staying up. We will know at 10:00 est on Aug 1.
