re:The first description provided by the police said that the guy was coming out of a house that was under surveillance. Well guess what? I saw that 'house' tonite..........its a large apt. complex. He could have been coming out of any number of apts.

So apts. aren't houses and that's what you've got to support a cover up?

What do you think they're covering up - they shot him and admitted that already. They got the wrong guy - shouldn't we be asking how they got the wrong guy? Or do you think they just like killing Brazilian Christians?

They said they were following him because he looked suspicious; that he came out of a 'house' that was under surveillance because they believe it had links to terrorism. It turns out there are many apartments in that 'house'.

Like many people, to get to work, the Brazilian took two forms of mass transit......first the bus to a subway station and then the subway. The cops followed him from his apt to the bus stop onto the bus and to the subway station. They could have stopped him any time along the way and asked him questions but they didn't. Now here you are a private citizen who is clean and living in a big city............suddenly you realize some people are following you. What is your first thought going to be should they do anything suspicious........that these people are plain clothes police? Not likely. He probably thought they were out to rip him off. When they finally decide to interrogate, he's at the subway station and they start brandishing weapons. Its not surprising he ran.

Ultimately, it turns out that they killed a completely innocent man. They had very little evidence to do so but they reacted any way.........in the worst possible way. Now what they are going to try and do is spin this horrific event as best as they can to put the police in the best possible light and make it look like they had some cause to kill the guy. That's what I call a cover up.

One last thing......the damning evidence that the police claimed........the padded jacket. Well, its common knowledge that equatorial people tend to where heavier clothes in climates like London. People in London knew that......why didn't the cops? And one last thing.....this is not the first time these buttholes have killed an innocent man. A few months ago, before the subway explosions, an architect or designer of some sort was carrying a piano leg that needed repair. These oh-so-protective police killed him because they thought he was carrying a rifle. Now if you are going to implement a policy of shoot to kill you better have people who know what the hell they are doing. So I would suggest to take away their toy guns; give them considerably more training and then run a better profile check on these 'special' police..........btw the five bullets in the Brazilian were all from one gun.

I know, I know.......the hawks on this thread....you included.......are going to go ballistic. You hate when someone takes away your guns away but dude, innocent people are dying both from terrorists and from the home folk, and you've got to stop the killing where you can.
