THIS IS EXCELLENT NEWS!!!!!!

MJ must be given credit for bringing Pyng to where it is today. I know they are differing opinions on this but most company's would have been highly diluted and loaded with debt. MJ was able to grow the company to the point where we are today.

This is great...GREAT...news. For myself the most positive news release this year. The failure of many companies occurs when the founding member maintains too much power and does not delegate. Many company's have faltered for just this reason. There is a huge difference in the talents / skill set required to develop the product and bring it to market and what is required when "fun stuff" is over and the tedious work growing the company begins. MJ recognizes that PYNG has entered a new stage and requires a new CEO, specifically selected, to make this happen!

This new release will be looked at very favourably by the investment community.

ALso, the news release makes it very clear when it states that PYNG has "achieved profitability" on this question that was recently raised.

I will be on the buy side today
