I would have the message be much more targeted.

That seems less targeted to me. It has a lot of parts and they're all aimed at regular people. It tells them that they're OK, but maybe they should be a bit more cautious to not inadvertently contribute to the problem.

That's a fine message, but it's not her message. Her message is targeted at the extremists and their apologists and she's telling them that she's fed up and to quit the @#%^& terrorist bombings, already.
