OT Creede - you are picking up quickly. Most of these companies IPO now with reverse mergers with shells. You can make money on the shell buying early.

You are exactly right though. Never buy on the initial pump after the reverse merger. The promoters all get out and the stock typically will trade at 1/10 of the promoted price.

I do a ton of DD and come across "recommendations" daily. I may research 10-20 new stocks a day. I hold about 50 stocks in my portfolio.

It's a lot of work but this has been the most successful approach, bar none, that I have used in more than 3 decades of investing (I was a teen aged market hound LOL).

When I first bought HISC, there was a group selling a ton of shares. Apparently, they were the last of the prior company and promoters. I was fortunate to get in at .0015 as their selling caused others to panic and give up on this company.
