Its nice to see a reasonably correct use of the term "neo-conservative". It still doesn't refer to the people who fit the profile for the creation of the term "neo-conservative" (people who used to be liberals or socialists who became fairly conservative), but the group that is usually referred to as neo-conservative did have a similar group of foreign policy believes, that included using America strength to promote freedom overseas (esp. freedom from communism, but times change) Many people who are not conservatives, use it to mean "extreme conservative", or just use it to refer to conservatives that they strongly dislike.
