They aren't better than anyone else, that doesn't mean their money should be taken away. It is their wealth not yours and mine and Elroy's. Its not up to us to decide what to do with it.

If the population as a whole would be better off if it were taken away, it should be taken away. Saying "it's their money" and leaving it at that doesn't really add anything to the discussion. You might as well just say "I disagree" with no explanation.

If it benefits the group to take money from 3rd generation heirs then it should be taken away from them. The group's benefit should be the priority in a society.
