I wonder why they took so long following him, letting him get on bus and train before murdering him. Seems very stupid to get so close and let him on bus and train. Why not shoot legs from a distance with people far away, BEFORE he gets on a bus, or train, then if he does have a bomb, nobody but him gets hurt if he lets it off. Will everyone running and wearing a jacket get shot now. Doesn't seem very bright to jump on a bomb-wearing person. Police paranoia. Everyone wearing a jacket is now a terrorist! They'll all have to be shot to avoid police getting frightened. Mqurice
