Oh please. Roberts was chosen in a panic to take the attention off Rovegate, and because Gaonzalez may be caught up in Rovegate. He is an elitist gold-plated conservative DC insider who isn't likely to go tough on corrupt corporations or Republican politicians. Plus he has some kind of strange problem with women having the right to make their reproductive choices, or communities wanting clean environments. He's only inspired because he's not an obvious wacko dickhead like Bork. He's much more stealthy. Top of his class at Harvard.
