There are several shell sites. The best one is shellstockreview.com Be careful as prices and spreads get bid up quickly. Only buy a few shares as you can sit for years with nothing happening. Also, new SEC regs, make shells subject to more regulation and therefore less valuable. But that's a different type of play from finding a HISC. I happened to see some info on HISC's business plan as part of my usual daily due diligence. Most I ignore. I decided to research and made some calls. I was told by several sources that the massive selling was the people selling from the old corporate shell. It was a gamble at .0015 as I actually was losing money on a couple of million shares for awhile. <ggggg> I diversify into many companies, some value microcaps, some pink pennies and speculative OTC BBs. I tend to put much less money into pinkies, but, so far this year, my huge returns have been with the so-called pinkies.
