Dear Rep Conyers -

Thank you for sharing the letter you wrote to me with major news organizations. That act diminished your appeal to nothing more than a publicity stunt.

If you'd really like me to make the pledge, I'll consider it on one condition. That you call a press conference and stand there with no clothes on and admit to the press that the letter was a PR stunt and you were using the willing press as idiot accomplices.
