The only way that directors and officers get hit is if some big shareholders decide to get together and bring a shareholders' derivative action against them.

I noticed that one was filed and perhaps that one will bring some results, and prohibit reimbursement or use of insurance, other than for the benefit of the company.

Class actions are a waste of time as I've commented before.
