I know of no person who thinks that the entertainers on talk radio are reporting news without editorial agenda. I know of few who realize that the leftwing biased media are no less editorial in their presentation of the "news". If a sampling on SI were taken I would bet you that there are at least 200 times as many posts from lefties holding out the editorials of the NYTimes to be news as posts from all of the rightwing radio talk show hosts combined. "proclaims that its listeners are the "most intelligent listeners in all radio". " Can you find many claims of any advertisers that are verifiable? The concept of sales puffery is recognized in the UCC.
