You're not keeping your own money, you're just holding some of it for awhile, Bush is borrowing 7 trillion dollars and charging it back to you to be paid off later after he's out of office. Meanwhile, don't drive or use energy, pay tuitions or get medical care because they have all sky-rocketed in cost under Bushies.
