From BLOOMBERG.COM - Loral Space Wins Approval of Plan to Exit Bankruptcy (Update2)
July 25, 2005 17:02 EDT -- Loral Space & Communications Ltd., the No. 3 U.S. satellite maker, today won approval of a plan to exit bankruptcy by fully repaying vendors and giving nothing to shareholders.

That would explain the drop to a nickel. Well folks it's been fun. It's been real. But it hasn't been real fun.
