9-11 happened on Bush's watch after Clarke tried many times to warn Rice and others. Bush-Rice did not mention terrorist once until after 9-11, closed down the Al Qaida operations and the investigations into stateside Saudis. Then Bush let all the Bin Laudens go after 9-11, and let Osama go at Tora Bora. Then said Osama doesn't concern him anymore. All fact. Indefensible.
