Well, that's a good question. I think Iraq is the proof of concept in the Muslim world. If Iraq doesn't work, then we can conclude that bringing Democracy to the Muslim world through outside intervention will not work. But it still has a decent chance. I noted today that the Sunnis ended their boycott of the constitution writing. So they are on schedule to get it written.
