If its indeed in accumulation, especially by insiders, then its great news for the longs. But how to know for sure? The 3-4 weeks disclosure delay by SEC is kinda a licence to print buckaroos by insiders, isn't it? Knowing for sure in the interim may be next to impossible, especially with these pico-caps (can't believe myself when I have to resort to using the word pico-cap for this baby, since just two years ago it was moving as if it was gonna graduate soon to a mini-cap from micro-cap :-) ). With the small price, it renders itself rather easily to a rapid manipulation by, say, a Saudi-prince, who want to clean-up his pocket change for a day. Its only after a consistent rise over several days, that US (conservative) investors are going to look at it. Meanwhile, the sturdy annual report looks awesome. Technology is there, but visibility and old-burnt-syndrome wise, many informed folks, may keep their distance for a while. So, this may provide a rather large window of time for followers to load up at their leisure. Any comments?
