Since Grand Jury testimony is secret, I'd say you missed that opportunity (not being on the Grand Jury :) But, maybe you meant 'if there is a trial' going forward? Well, for there to be a trial, somebody has to be charged first... then they have to contest the charges. Not sure I would bet on that. (More likely a charge, and a deal... or no charge at all.)
